Pacientu aprūpe ārstnieciskās hipotermijas laikā bērnu stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpe ārstnieciskās hipotermijas laikā bērnu stacionārā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka modernu un jaunu medicīnas tehnoloģiju izmantošanas iespējas pacientu ārstēšanā. Darba mērķis ir analizēt aprūpi pacientiem, kas saņem ārstnieciskās hipotermijas terapiju bērnu stacionārā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: apkopot un analizēt literatūru par aprūpi pacientiem, kas saņem ārstniecisko hipotermiju bērnu stacionārā; analizēt Kolistas Rojas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu; izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu; organizēt pilotpētījumu; atlasīt respondentus; iegūt ētikas komisijas atļauju un veikt pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; veikt secinājumus. Pētījuma darba jautājums - Kāda ir aprūpe pacientiem, ārstnieciskās hipotermijas laikā, bērnu stacionārā? Pētījumā noskaidrots, ka aprūpe šai procedūrai ir ļoti plaša un sarežģīta, kas prasa daudz materiālo un cilvēkresursu. Uz pētījuma jautājumu atbild 3, 4, 5, 6,7 un 8 jautājums.

Theme of Bachelor’s research “Patient care during therapeutic hypothermia in children hospital”. Topicality of theme is determined by use of modern and new medicine technologies in patient treatment. Goal of this research is to analyze the care of patients to whom medical hypothermia therapy is applied in children hospital. Tasks of research is to summarize and analyze the literature on the care of patients to whom medical hypothermia is applied in children hospital, to analyze relation of the theme of Bachelor’s paper to nursing therapy of Callista Roy, to develop research instrument, to organize diploma research, select respondents, acquire the permission of ethics commission and execute the research, summarize and analyze acquired data and provide conclusions. Question of research work – What is the care for patients during medical hypothermia in children hospital? It was stated in research that care for that procedure is very wide and complicated which requires a lot of materials and human resources. Question 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 answers the question of research.
