Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Aprūpes process intensīvās terapijas palātā pacientiem pēc bariatriskās operācijas” izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt un izanalizēt aprūpes procesu intensīvās terapijas palātā pacientiem pēc bariatriskās operācijas. Pētniecības uzdevumi: apkopot un analizēt literatūru par bariatrisku pacientu aprūpi, analizēt Betijas Ņumanes veselības aprūpes sistēmas teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darbu, izvēlēties pētījuma metodi, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, atlasīt respondentus un veikt pētījumu, apkopot un analizēt pētījuma rezultātus, izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums ir: Kāds ir aprūpes process pacientiem pēc bariatriskās operācijas intensīvās terapijas palātā? Pētniecības darba realizācijai tiks izmantota kvalitatīvā metode ar daļēji strukturētu interviju. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka arvien pieaugošais bariatrisko operāciju skaits, tādēļ ir svarīgi apkopot un izvērtēt šajā nozarē strādājošo medicīnas māsu gūto pieredzi un zināšanas, aprūpējot bariatriskos pacientus agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā intensīvās terapijas palātā. Atbilde uz pētniecības jautājumu ir tāda, ka aprūpes process intensīvās terapijas palātā pacientiem pēc bariatriskās operācijas ir nepilnīgs, jo netiek veikta aprūpes dokumentācija, bet, skatoties uz aprūpes procesu kopumā, tas netraucē māsai veikt pilnvērtīgu, holistisku pacienta aprūpi. Bachelor thesis "Care-taking process in the intensive care ward of patients after bariatric surgery" developed to explore and analyze the process of care in the intensive care ward of patients after bariatric surgery.
