Uzvedības izpausmes onkoloģiskiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Uzvedības izpausmes onkoloģiskiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka: iespējamie vispārējas anestēzijas sarežģījumi: vemšana un kuņģa satura aspirācija; mutes, zobu vai asinsvadu bojājums, nervu nospiedums dažādu manipulāciju rezultātā; nepilnīgs miegs un epizodiska operācijas atcerēšanās; miegainība, traucēta koncentrēšanās un atmiņas spējas vairākas dienas pēc operācijas. Tāpēc darba autore nenoliedz varbūtību, ka onkoloģiskam pacientam var būt neadekvāta uzvedība pēc anestēzijas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot uzvedības izpausmes onkoloģiskiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir veikt literatūras analīzi par onkoloģiskiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā, pielietot māsu teorijas, D.Džonsones „Uzvedības sistēmas teoriju” un B.Ņūmenas „Veselības aprūpes sistēmas teoriju” saistībā ar uzvedības izpausmēm onkoloģiskiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentus – novērošanas protokolu un intervijas jautājumus, veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu, apstrādāt un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kādas ir uzvedības izpausmes onkoloģiskiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā? 2.Kā māsa nodrošina psihosociālo palīdzību onkoloģiskajiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā? Pētījuma instrumenti: intervija un pacienta novērošana. Pētījuma metode – kvalitātīva. Gan intervijā, gan novērošanas laikā tika noskaidrotas pacienta uzvedības izpausmes pēcanestēzijas periodā. Respondenti apliecināja un novērošanas rezultātu dati liecināja, ka māsa nodrošina psihosociālo palīdzību onkoloģiskajiem pacientiem pēcanestēzijas periodā. Atslēgvārdi: uzvedība, anestēzija, onkoloģiskās saslimšanas, mastektomija, kolorektālais vēzis.

The theme of the bachelor paper: “Behavioral manifestations of the oncologic patients in the period after anesthesia”. The topicality of the theme is defined by: possible general complications of anesthesia: vomiting and aspiration of the content of stomach; damage of mouth, teeth and blood vessels, grip of nerves as a result of different manipulations; deficient sleep and episodic remembrance of operation; somnolence, disturbed concentration and abilities of memory several days after operation. Therefore the author of the paper does not deny the possibility that the oncologic patient may have inadequate behavior after anesthesia. The objective of the paper is to find out behavioral manifestations of the oncologic patients in the period after anesthesia. The tasks of the research is to carry out the analysis of literature about oncologic patient in the period after anesthesia, to apply nurse theories, “Behavior system theory” by D.Johnson and “Health care system theory” by B.Newman in connection with behavioral manifestations of the oncologic patients in the period after anesthesia, to work out the research instruments – protocol of observation and the questions of interview, to carry out pilot research and research, to process and analyze the obtained results, to make conclusions. The questions of the research: 1.What are behavioral manifestations of the oncologic patients in the period after anesthesia? 2.How does the nurse provide psychosocial help for the oncologic patients in the period after anesthesia? The instrument of the research: interview and observation of the patient. The method of the research – qualitative. During both the interview and observation manifestations of the patient in the period after anesthesia were found out. The respondents confirmed and the data of observation showed that the nurse provided provide psychosocial help for the oncologic patients in the period after anesthesia.
