Reģionālā migrācija Dienvidāzijā: Malaizijas, Indonēzijas un Bangladešas piemērs

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Reģionālā migrācija Dienvidāzijā: Malaizijas, Indonēzijas un Bangladešas piemērs” mērķis bija analizēt migrācijas politikas šajās valstīs, pētot migrācijas cēloņus, analizējot darba migrāciju, valstu valdību un migrācijas politikā iesaistīto institūciju lomai, kā arī ietekmei uz valstu ekonomikām. Racionālās izvēles institucionālisms un migrācijas teorija tika izvēlētas, lai uzsvērtu darba migrācijas ietekmi uz migrāciju, pierādīt, ka migrācija tiek regulēta institucionāli. Metodoloģiski izmantoju deskriptīvo analīzi, pateicoties kurai tika pierādīts, ka īstermiņa darba migrācija labvēlīgi ietekmē abu valstu ekonomikas (fiskālie ieguvumi, darba tirgu līdzsvars), tika konstatēts, ka migrācijas politikā svarīgs ir arī bilaterālais regulējums.

The aim of the master thesis with the topic “Regional migration in South Asia: example of Malaysia, Indonesia and Bangladesh” was to analyze the policies of migration of the countries, focusing directly on the labour migration and proving the role of institutions and the impact on economies. The theoretical basis used within the topic were the theory of rational institutionalism and the theory of migration with the purpose to convince the reader about the fact that the labour migration is in the priority, coordinating migration, doing this throw institutions. As a results of analysis the proving of the fact that the short-term migration has positive impact on economy, influencing fiscal policy, bilateral relations.
