Asistenta pakalpojumu nozīme sociālajā darbā ar cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti: Ogres pilsētā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma - “Asistenta pakalpojumu nozīme sociālajā darbā ar cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti: Ogres pilsētā”. Sociālā darbā pietrūkst novērtēšanas instrumenta, lai precīzi izvērtētu asistenta pakalpojuma apjomu, saturu, noteiktu klienta sociālas funkcionēšanas iespējas un to ierobežojumus. Par pētījuma mērķi izvēlēts izvērtēt asistenta pakalpojumu sociālajā darbā ar cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti Ogrē un piedāvāt novērtēšanas instrumentu asistenta pakalpojumiem. Darbā aplūkots, kādi asistenta pakalpojumu veidi ir pieejami Ogrē; kādi ir šķēršļi asistenta pakalpojumu saņemšanai un administrēšanai; kādi ir sasniegumi, saņemot un administrējot asistenta pakalpojumus, un sniegti ieteikumi, kā uzlabot asistenta pakalpojumu kvalitāti Ogrē. Maģistra darbā pielietota ekoloģiskā, piemērošanas un iespējas došanas teorijas un kvalitatīva pētniecības metode ( 12 daļēji strukturētas intervijas)

Master’s thesis – ‘The Importance of the Assistants Services to Persons with Disabilities for Social work in Ogre.’’ Social work lacks assessment tools to accurately assess assistant service scope, content, identify the client's social functioning capabilities and their limitations. The research objective of the study selected is to evaluate assistant service in social work with people who have disabilities in the Town of Ogre and offer assessment tools for assistant services. The thesis examines what assistant types of services are available in Ogre; what are the obstacles to receiving assistant services and to its administration; what are the achievements in receiving and administering assistant services, and makes recommendations on how to improve the quality of assistant services in Ogre. Throughout the Master, ecological readjustment and option giving theory and qualitative research method is used (consisting of 12 semi-structured interviews).
