Muļķis Pulcētāja grāmatā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Muļķis Pulcētāja grāmatā” pēta termina „muļķis” lietojumu Pulcētāja grāmatā, raksturojot to kā piemēru hellēnisma ideju ietekmei uz tā laika jūdaismu. Darba gaitā tiek apskatītas galvenās grieķu filosofijas idejas, kas tieši vai netieši atspoguļojas Pulcētāja grāmatā, kā arī tiek ieskicētas galvenās idejas, kas parādās tradicionālajā gudrības literatūrā saistībā ar muļķi. Šim nolūkam tiek apskatīti termini, kas tiek lietoti „muļķa” apzīmēšanai Vecajā Derībā. Darba trešajā daļā ar literāri kritiskās metodes palīdzību tiek apskatīti visi Pulcētāja grāmatas panti, kuros parādās kāds no iepriekš apskatītajiem „muļķi” apzīmējošajiem terminiem. Darba rezultāti liecina, ka „muļķis” Pulcētāja grāmatā tiek saprasts kā attiecīgās sabiedrības, kurā mijiedarbojas jūdaisma un hellēnisma idejas, neatbilstošs indivīds.

This paper „Fool in the book of Qoheleth” examines the use of the term „fool” in the book of Qoheleth characterizing the fool as an example of the impact of Hellenistic ideas on Judaism in that time. Paper introduces with the main ideas from greek philosophy that are directly or indirectly reflected in the book of Qoheleth, as well as the main ideas that appear in the traditional wisdom literature in relation to he fool. For this purpose there are disscused terms that are used to describe „fool” in the Old Testament. In the third chapter of this paper author examines all the passages in the book of Qoheleth where appears any of the previously disscused terms that describes „fool”. The results of the study suggest that „fool” in the book of Qoheleth is understood as an inadequate individual for the society in which interacts the ideas of Judaism and Hellenism.
