Mobinga problēmas risinājumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēm

Abstract

Mobinga problēmas pazīmes ir sastopamas arī starp pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem un liela daļa bērnu ir pakļauti mobingam, kas var ietekmēt to turpmāko iekļaušanos sabiedrībā un pašvērtējuma veidošanos, taču mobinga mazināšanai pirmsskolās netiek pievērsta pienācīga uzmanība. Nepieciešamība uzlabot pirmsskolas izglītības vidi piedāvājot mobinga problēmas risinājumus, noteica Latvijas Universitātes, Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes studentes, Elmīras Mamedovas, maģistra darba tematu „Mobinga problēmas risinājumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēm”. Izmantojot teorētiskās pētīšanas metodes, tika raksturots mobinga jēdziens, izpausmes formas, cēloņi un sekas. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā, izmantojot jaukto metožu pieeju, tika izpētīti un analizēti Latvijas pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu darbinieku novērojumi par bērnu savstarpējo mobingu, novērotas bērnu savstarpējo attiecību problēmu izpausmes veidi un noskaidrota Norvēģijas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pedagoģiskā vadītāja pieeja mobinga problēmas risinājumiem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Apkopojot un interpretējot pētījuma rezultātus darba noslēgumā ir izstrādāti ieteikumi mobinga problēmas risināšanai pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēm.

Signs of the problem of bullying also occur among pre-school children and there are many children who are exposed to bullying, which could affect their future participation in society and the formation of their self-esteem, however the problem of bullying in pre-schools is not adequately addressed. The need to improve pre-school environment by offering solutions to the problem of bullying has defined Elmira Mamedova's choice of the theme of her Master's thesis, "Solutions for the problem of bullying in pre-school educational institutions". By using theoretical research methods, the concept, forms of expression, causes and consequences of bullying were described. In the empirical part of the thesis, the mixed method approach was used to study and analyze staff observations of bullying among children in Latvian pre-schools, to observe the various forms of children's interpersonal problems, and to describe a Norwegian pre-school educational leader's approach to solving the problem of bullying in pre-school educational institutions. By summarizing and interpreting the results of the research work, several recommendations for solving the problem of bullying in pre-school educational institutions have been made and presented at the end of the thesis.
