SIA "New Rosme" finanšurādītāju analīze un novērtēšna

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma SIA „New Rosme” finanšu analīzi un ar iegūto rādītāju palīdzību konstatēt uzņēmumā radušās problēmas un meklēt risinājumus, lai turpinātu tā turpmāko attīstību. Uzņēmums 2014.gadā aizvēra 4 veikalus Krievijā, nestabilās ekonomikas dēļ. Šī iemesla dēļ, autore izvirza uzdevumu izvērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stabilitāti un noskaidrot vai pastāv maksātnespējas iespēja un draudi uzņēmuma turpmākai darbībai un attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas: Teorētiskajā daļā autore apskatīs finanšu analīzes nozīmi un būtību. Praktiskajā daļā tiks veikti finanšu rādītāju aprēķini, balstoties uz teorētiskajiem aspektiem un SIA „New Rosme” finanšu pārskatiem, ar to palīdzību tiks noteikta uzņēmuma finansiālā stabilitāte, pēc kā var izdarīt secinājumus un veikt priekšlikumus situācijas uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 10 apakšnodaļām, 78 lapaspusēm, 23 tabulām, 9 attēliem, 27 formulām, 7 pielikumiem.

The aim of the graduation work is to make the company’s „New Rosme” Ltd financial analysis, and with the resulting indicators establish the company’s encountered problems and seek solutions in order to continue its future development. In the year 2014 the company closed 4 of their shops in Russia, due to Russia’s fragile state of the economy. On this account, the author sets the task to assess the company's financial stability to find out whether there is the possibility of insolvency and threats to the company's future operation and development. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts: In the theoretical part, the author views the role and essence of the financial analysis. The practical part will consist of financial indicator calculations based on the theoretical aspects and the financial statements of “New Rosme” Ltd, with the help of these indicators the financial stability of the company will be determined, in result the author can draw conclusions and make proposals to improve the situation. The work consists of 3 sections, 10 subsections, 78 pages, 23 tables, 9 pictures, 27 formulas, 7 annexes.
