Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darbā tika skatītas Civillikuma Mantojuma tiesību daļas izmaiņas, kas saistītas ar privāto testamentu tiesību institūtu. Darba mērķis ir aktualizēt jautājumu par privāto testamentu drošumu. Piedāvāt iespējamos variantus, ar kuru palīdzību to būtu iespējams uzlabot vēl vairāk. Darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām, kurās tiek aprakstīti privātā testamenta mantošanas noteikumi, tā forma un veidi. Kā arī tiek aplūkotas alternatīvas šim mantošanas pamatam. Autore izpētija dažādu autoru zinātniskos komentārus, Latvijas normatīvo aktu regulējumu un tiesu praksi. Darba noslēgumā autore piedāvā variantus, kurus ietverot esošajā regulējumā, būtu iespējams papildus pārliecināties par privātā testamenta īstumu. In the Bachelor were discussed the most actual matters in the Civil Law’s The part of inharitance, which connected with the rights of private wills. Purpose of the Bachelor is to raise the question about security of private wills. Offer possible options through which it could be improved even more. Work consists of five chapters. In these chapters there are described succession rules of private wills, the form and types of testament. Also there are discussed the alternatives to the private’s will. Authoress reviewd scientific commentaries, legal framework in the Republic of Latvia and cases. At the end of Bachelor authoress offers possible options how we should be regulated some aspects of private will to increase the authenticity of testament.
