Noziedzīgo nodarījumu kopība

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autors pievēršas noziedzīgu nodarījumu kopības institūtam, kas regulēts Krimināllikumā. Šim tiesību institūtam ir nozīme ne tikai pareizā noziedzīgu nodarījumu kvalifikācijā, bet arī pie soda noteikšanas. 2012.gadā tika veikti būtiski grozījumi Krimināllikumā, tostarp arī attiecībā uz noziedzīgu nodarījumu daudzējādības institūtu. Tādējādi arī tika mainīts kopības regulējums. Izvirzītie bakalaura darba uzdevumi: - apskatīt kopības institūta vēsturisko attīstību, - izpētīt kopības regulējumu Krimināllikumā un ar to saistīto problemātiku, - kā arī aplūkot ārvalstu normatīvos aktus. Atslēgvārdi: noziedzīgu nodarījumu kopība, daudzējādības veids, normu konkurence, noziedzīgu nodarījumu kvalifikācija, soda noteikšana.

The author of the bachelor’s thesis focuses on the institute of aggregation of criminal offences regulated in the Criminal Law. This institute is of importance not only when correct qualificaton of criminal offences is required but also when determination of punishment is needed. In 2012 essential amendments to the Criminal Law were made including the institute of multiplicity of criminal offences. Thus the regulation of aggregation was changed as well. Bachelor’s thesis tasks set: -to examine the historical development of the institute of aggregation; -to explore the regulation of aggregation in Criminal Law and problems related to this institute; - as well as to examine foreign regulatory enactments.
