Mērījumu precizitāte pirms gūžas endoprotezēšanas pacientiem ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumiem

Abstract

Šī darba ietvaros tiek noskaidrota mērījumu precizitāte pirms gūžas endoprotezēšanas pacientiem ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumiem. Pētījuma daļā analizēti 298 iegurņa pārskata rentgenattēli pirms gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas, laika periodā no 2014. gada aprīļa līdz 2016. gada aprīlim. Darbā tiek izvērtēti faktori, kas ietekmē mērījumu precizitāti pie endoprotēzes izvēles pacientiem ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu. Šie parametri nosaka vai endoprotēzes izmērs atbilst pacienta gūžas locītavai. Šie mērījumi raksturo normālas vai abnormālas gaitas biomehāniku, kas tiek vērtēti gan pirms, gan pēc gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas. Lai pētījumu varētu veikt, tika saņemta atļauja no Veselības aprūpes iestādes vadības, kurā veikts pētījums (atļauja pie darba autora). Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām teorētiskajām nodaļām, astoņām apakšnodaļām, pētījuma daļas, secinājumiem, izmantoto avotu un literatūras saraksta. Darbā tika izmantotas latviešu un ārzemju autoru zinātniskā literatūra, kura tika analizēta. Pētniecībai tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode un tika veikta datu apstrāde, kas attēlota pētījuma protokolā, izmantojot noteiktos kritērijus (skatīt pielikumā nr. 9). Darba apjoms ir 33 lappuses. Darbā ietverti vienpadsmit attēli un divas tabulas, kā arī divdesmit septiņi literatūras avoti un deviņi pielikumi.

This part of the job is to ascertain the accuracy of measurements before hip replacement in patients with femoral neck fractures. Part of the study analyzed 298 reporting pelvic X-ray before hip endoprotheses, during the period from April 2014 to April 2016. Work are examined factors that influence the accuracy of measurements at endoprostheses of choice in patients with femoral neck fractures. These parameters determine whether endoprostheses size for the patient and the patient's compliance with the endoprosthesis of the hip joint. These measurements are characterized by normal or abnormal gait biomechanics that are measured both before and after hip replacement. To study could be carried out was authorization from the health care institution's management, which performed the study (permission to the author). Thesis consists of an introduction, four theoretical chapters, eight subsections, part of the study, the conclusions of the sources and bibliography. Work was used in the Latvian and foreign authors of the scientific literature, which was analyzed. Research was used qualitative research method and was carried out data processing depicted in the study protocol, using the criteria laid down (see Annex no. 9). The volume of work is 33 pages. Work contains eleven figures and two tables, as well as twenty-seven sources of literature and nine annexes.
