Dzīves kvalitāte pacientēm pēc olnīcu vēža terapijas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Dzīves kvalitāte pacientēm pēc olnīcu vēža terapijas”. Olnīcu vēža pacientes var izjust pēc terapijas komplikācijas un dzīves kvalitātes traucējumus ilgi pēc ārstēšanas. Tas nozīmē ka sievietes ārstēšanās procesā, remisijā un recidīvu laikā sadzīvo ar slimības simptomiem katru dienu. Šie simptomi maina sievietes psiholoģisko, fizioloģisko, sociālo un emocionālo stāvokli. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot dzīves kvalitāti pacientēm pēc olnīcu vēža terapijas. Darba uzdevumi: 1.Izpētīt literatūru par olnīcu vēzi un pacienšu dzīves kvalitāti pēc terapijas; 2.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu- anketu; 3.Veikt pētījumu- anketējot pacientes; 4.Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus; 5.Izdarīt secinājumus. Jautājums: Vai pacientes ir apmierinātas ar savu dzīves kvalitāti pēc olnīcu vēža terapijas? Izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, lai noskaidrotu olnīcu vēža pacienšu dzīves kvalitāti pēc terapijas. Pētījums tiks veikts X slimnīcā ķīmijterapijas nodaļā, kur aptaujātas 100 sievietes pēc olnīcu vēža terapijas. Pētnieciskais darbs tiek izstrādāts balstoties uz M. Levaines un D. Oremas māsas teorijām. Atslēgvārdi: olnīcu vēzis, terapija, dzīves kvalitāte.

Bachelor degree thesis is " Patients Quality of life after ovarian cancer treatment." Ovarian cancer patients may experience complications after treatment and quality of life problems for a long time after treatment. This means that women in the process of treatment, remission and relapse at the time living with the symptoms of the disease every day. These symptoms are changing women psychological, physiological, social, and emotional state. Aim: To find out the quality of life in patients after ovarian cancer treatment. The targets of the study: 1. To study the literature on ovarian cancer patients and their quality of life after treatment; 2. To customize the questionnaire the study; 3. To conduct the research through filling in questionnaires by patients; 4. To collect and analyze the results obtained; 5. To make conclusions. Question: Do patients are satisfied with their quality of life after treatment for ovarian cancer? Quantitative research method was used to find ovarian cancer patients quality of life after treatment. The study was done in the X hospital in chemotherapy ward in which surveyed 100 women after ovarian cancer treatment. Research work is being developed on the basis of M. Levains and D.
