Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Māsas profesionālās lomas pacientu baiļu mazināšanā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka fakts, ka mūsdienās sabiedrība ļoti bieži izjūt bailes un stresu, tāpēc ir svarīgi noskaidrot māsu lomas gan māsu, gan pacientu skatījumā, lai turpmāk māsu sniegtā aprūpe tiktu orientēta uz katra konkrēta pacienta vajadzībām un baiļu mazināšanu. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas profesionālās lomas pacientu baiļu mazināšanā māsu un pacientu skatījumā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: 1.Analizēt literatūru par māsas profesionālajām lomām, bailēm un tās mazināšanas iespējām 2.Betijas Ņūmanes māszinību teorijas analīze 3.Izstrādāt anketu, lai veiktu pētījumu 4.Aptaujāt praktizējošās māsas un pacientus x iestādē 5.Apkopot, analizēt un salīdzināt aptaujas rezultātus 6.Izdarīt secinājumus Izvirzītā hipotēze: Galvenās māsas profesionālās lomas pacientu baiļu mazināšanā māsu un pacientu skatījumā ir izglītotājas un aprūpes veicējas lomas. Pētniecības instruments: Anketa Pētniecības metode: Kvantitatīvā metode Pētījuma sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājusies, jo abas respondentu grupas (gan māsas, gan pacienti) atzīst, ka galvenās māsas profesionālās lomas pacientu baiļu mazināšanā ir māsa - izglītotāja un māsa - aprūpes veicēja. Bachelor degree thesis is: “The roles of professional nurse in reducing patients fear”. Topicality is determined by the fact that modern society often feel fear and stress, so it is important to clarify the roles of nurses and nursing and patient perspective to further nurse's care into line with each patient's specific needs and fear reduction. Work aim is to clarify the role of professional nurses in reducing patients fear of nursing and patient perspektive. The targets of the study: 1.To analyze the literature on nurses professional roles, fear and mitigation options 2.Betty Numan nursing theory analysis 3.Develop a questionnaire survey to carry out a study 4.Survey nurses and patients in „X” hospital 5.Collect survey and compare the results obtained 6. Make conclusions. Hypothesis: The main nurses professional role is to reduce patients fear of nurses and patient view is the educator and health care as the performer of the role. Research tool: Questionnaire survey Research Method: Quantitative Methods Baseline hypothesis confirmed, since both groups of respondents (nurses and patients) acknowledges that the main role of professional nurses in reducing patient fear is a nurse - educator and nurse - care providers.
