Informācijas tehnoloģiju izmantošana aprūpes dokumentācijā stacionāros

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Informācijas tehnoloģiju izmantošana aprūpes dokumentācijā stacionāros. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot māsu gatavību izmantot informācijas tehnoloģijas aprūpes dokumentācijā stacionāros. Pētījuma hipotēze: Māsu gatavību pielietot informācijas tehnoloģijas ietekmē laika faktors un datora lietošanas prasmes. Lai sasniegu izvēlēto mērķi, autore ir izstrādājusi vairākus uzdevumus: Analizēt informācijas tehnoloģiju nozīmi veselības aprūpes jomā un īpaši slimnīcās; Analizēt informācijas tehnoloģijas, kurus izmanto Rīgas x slimnīcas stacionārā; Izveidot aptauju slimnīcas stacionāru māsām par informācijas tehnoloģiju pielietošanu, grūtībām, lai apkopotu lietotāju grupas viedokļus; Apkopot secinājumus un izveidot priekšlikumus par informācijas tehnoloģiju pielietošanas optimizāciju Rīgas slimnīcas x stacionārā. Pēc pētījuma darba rezultātiem var secināt, ka veselības aprūpes darbiniekiem salīdzinoši nav grūti strādāt ar elektronisko dokumentāciju. Medicīnas darbinieki ir apmācami un apguva pamata zināšanas darbā ar elektronisko dokumentāciju. Taču darbiniekiem trūkst informācijas par iespējam saņemt papildu apmācības un palīdzību darbā ar elektronisko dokumentāciju Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 44 lappusēm, 26 attēliem, 19 bibliogrāfiskiem avotiem un 1 pielikuma.

Bachelor thesis topic: Information technology use at the inpatient care documentation. The study aims to find out nursing readiness to use information technology in the documentation of care in hospitals. Research hypothesis: Sisters readiness to employ information technology is affected by the time factor and computer skills. For achieving the objective in the selected destination, the author has developed a number of tasks: To analyze information technology in health care and in hospitals; to analyze the information technology used in Riga x hospital; to create a poll hospital inpatient nurses on use of information technologies, difficulties to gather the views of user groups; to draw conclusions and create proposals for the application of information technology optimization Riga x hospital. Following the results of this thesis it can be concluded that health care workers be relatively difficult to work with electronic documentation. They can be educated and learned the basic knowledge for working with electronic documents. However, they lack information about opportunities to receive additional training and help with electronic documentation. Bachelor thesis consists of 44 pages, 26 drawings, 19 bibliographical sources and 1 Appendix.
