Sabiedriskie darbi kā sociālā darba resurss strādājot ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Sabiedriskie darbi kā sociālā darba resurss strādājot ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem” mērķis bija izpētīt pašvaldību sabiedrisko darbu kā sociālā darba resursa pielietojumu Rīgas Sociālā dienestā. Maģistra darba ietvaros autore teorētiski analizē ilgstoša bezdarba ietekmi uz indivīdu, teorētiski apzinās sabiedriskos darbus kā resursu sociālajā darbā, raksturojot Rīgas sociālā dienesta sniegto atbalstu ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem. Maģistra darba empīriskā pētījumā tika izmantotas kvalitatīvas pētniecības metodes -daļēji strukturētas intervijas. Pētījuma rezultāti apliecināja, ka pašvaldību sabiedriskie darbi tiek izmantoti, kā resurss jaunu sociālo kontaktu veidošanai, ilgstošā bezdarbnieka laika strukturēšanai un regulāras aktivitātes nodrošināšanai, kas veicinās ilgstošā bezdarbnieka labklājību.

The aim of the master paper “Public works as a social work resource working with the long-term unemployed” was to research the use of the municipal public works as a social work resource in Riga Social Service. Within the master paper the author theoretically analyzes how the individual is being influenced by the long-term unemployment, identifies public works as a social work resource, describing Riga Social Service’s support for the long-term unemployed. The qualitative research method, such as semi-structured interviews are being used for the master paper’s empiric research. The results of the research confirm that the municipal public works are used as a resource for the new social contacts development, the long-term unemployed individuals’ time structuring and provide regular activity, which ensures the long-term unemployed’s well-being.
