Uzņēmuma SIA “LPP Latvia Ltd” finanšu analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA ‘’Lpp Latvia Ltd’’ finanšu analīze. Diplomdarba darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma gada pārskatiem, veikt finanšu analīzi un, balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autore pēta finanšu analīzes teorētiskos aspektus, kas sniedz priekšstatu par finanšu analīzi, tās mērķiem, uzdevumiem, procesa posmiem, paņēmieniem un metodēm. Otrajā nodaļā autore apkopo teorētisko informāciju par finanšu analīzē izmantotajiem rādītājiem, lai padziļināti izpētītu rādītāju analīzes metodi finanšu analīzes veikšanai. Trešajā nodaļā autore pēta tirdzniecības nozares tempus no 2010. gada līdz 2015. gadam, uzņēmuma SIA “Lpp Latvia Ltd” izvērstu finanšu analīzi laika posmā no 2012. gada līdz 2015. gadam, kurā iekļauta horizontālā, vertikālā un koeficientu analīze, pamatojoties uz otrās nodaļas teorētisko bāzi, lai no iegūtajiem rezultātiem secinātu uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli. Tāpat šajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma SIA “Lpp Latvia Ltd’’ galveno finanšu koeficientu salīdzināšana ar konkurentu uzņēmumu SIA “Apranga LV’’ un SIA “H&M Hennes and Mauritz” finanšu koeficientiem. Lai sasniegtu diplomdarba mērķi, autore lieto ekonomiskās analīzes metodi, salīdzināšanas metodi, grafisko metodi un datu apstrādes statistisko metodi, lai ar zinātniskās literatūras, gada pārskatos un interneta resursos pieejamo informāciju varētu veikt uzņēmumu finanšu analīzi. Pētījuma periods no 2012. gada līdz 2015. gadam. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 78 lappuses, darbā ievietoti 17 attēli, 5 tabulas un 10 pielikumi, izmantoti 22 literatūras avoti. The purpose of the diploma is Financial Analysis of the Limited company ‘’Lpp Latvia Ltd’’. The main aim of the diploma is to suggest company's financial position and operating efficiency improvement by studying and analysing yearly financial statements of the company. Diploma consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the author describes the theoretical aspects of financial analysis. Author gives an introduction and overview on the main financial analysis goals, objectives, processes steps, techniques and methods. In the second chapter, the author describes the financial indicators theoretical information used in the analysis. In the third chapter, the author describes the pace of trade from 2010 to 2015, the author makes a detailed financial analysis that includes the horizontal, vertical and factor analysis based on the theory described in the second chapter for the enterprise SIA ''Lpp Latvia Ltd”. Furthermore this chapter includes the enterprise SIA '' Lpp Latvia Ltd'' key financial ratios in comparison with competitors' financial coefficients. In order to achiewe the purpose of the diploma, the author uses the method of economic analysis, graphical method, comperative method and statistical method of data processing to make the company`s financial analysis. Author uses available scientific literature, annual reports and internet resources. The study period is from 2012 to 2015. Diploma amounts to 78 pages, the work includes 17 pictures, 5 tables and 10 annexes, uses 22 sources of literature. Keywords: financial analysis, liquidity, solvency, profitability, efficiency.
