Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums ir „Investīciju iespējas Latvijā”. Teorētiskajā daļā pētīta investīciju un naudas būtība, tās vērtība, kā arī vairākas brīvo naudas līdzekļu ieguldījumu iespējas – ieguldījumi akcijās, nekustamajā īpašumā. Nodaļā par investīcijām akcijās tiek pētīti akciju veidi, dotas formulas lai izprastu akciju vērtību. . Nodaļas praktiskajā daļā tiek analizēts piemērs par aktuālām investīciju iespējām As „Latvijas gāze” , kur ir veikti aprēķini par sagaidāmo ienesīgumu. Nodaļā par ieguldījumiem nekustamajā īpašumā ir izpētīts kā novērtēt nekustamo īpašumu, kas būtu nepieciešams zināt, lai varētu investēt šajā nozarē. Nodaļās praktiskajā daļā tiek parādīti aprēķini par ienesīgumu nekustamajā īpašumā un izmantots reāls piemērs par gaidāmo ienesīgumu izīrējot dzīvokli. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi apkopoti darba beigās. Darba apjoms 60 lpp, kas sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Darbā izmantotas 13 attēli un 11 tabulas. The theoretical part deals with the nature of investment and money, its value, as well as with several free money assets' investment opportunities - investments in shares, Real Estate. Chapter about investments in shares examines shares' types, gives formulas to understand value of shares. The practical part of the chapter deals with an example of current investment opportunities in PLC "Latvian Gas", where carried out calculations of the expected profitability. The chapter about investments in Real Estate describes how to evaluate Real Estate, what should be known to be able to invest in this sector. In the practical part of the cahpter ther are fairly presented calculations on the profitability of investments in shares and Real Estate and used a real example of the expected profitability of renting an apartment Conclusions and proposals are summarized at the end of the thesis. Amount of work: 60 pages consisting of 3 chapters; includes 13 images and 11 tables.
