SIA “Baltic Polymers” finanšu stāvokļa novērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “SIA “Baltic Polymers” finanšu stāvokļa novērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas”. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 69 lpp., tas satur 29 tabulas, 9 attēlus, 26 formulas, kā arī 4 pielikumus. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt finanšu analīzes teorētiskos jautājumus, kā arī analizēt un novērtēt SIA “Baltic Polymers” finanšu stāvokli un sniegt priekšlikumus tā uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa sniedz SIA “Baltic Polymers” saimnieciskās darbības raksturojumu, otrajā nodaļā tiek aprēķināti būtiskākie finanšu koeficienti un rādītāji, iekļaujot arī teorētisko daļu. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti SIA “Baltic Polymers” maksātspēju ietekmējošie faktori, kā arī aprēķināta bankrota iespējamība pēc trīs bankrota prognozēšanas modeļiem – E.Altmana Z’ modeļa, pēc Dž.Fulmera modeļa, kā arī pēc R.Šorina/I.Voronovas modeļa. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir veikts SIA “Baltic Polymers” finanšu analīzes rezultātu salīdzinājums ar SIA “Polipaks” un vidējiem rādītājiem elastīgā plastmasas iepakojuma ražošanas nozarē. Thesis topic is “Financial situation assessment and prospects for development of the SIA “Baltic Polymers””. Thesis includes 69 pages, and contains 29 tables, 9 images, 26 formulas as well as 4 attachments. The objective of the thesis is to explore theoretical basis of financial analysis and to apply these to analyze and evaluate financials of the SIA “Baltic Polymers” and to develop proposals for improvement of the financial situation of the company. Thesis consists of four chapters. First chapter provides SIA ”Baltic Polymers” operating characteristics, second chapter provides calculation of the most important financial ratios and indicators, describing related theoretical basis of financial analysis. Third chapter analyzes SIA ”Baltic Polymers" solvency influencing factors as well as the calculated probability of bankruptcy after three bankruptcy forecasting models - Z’ model by E.Altman, model by J.Fulmer, as well as model by R.Šorins / I.Voronova. Fourth chapter compares results of financial analysis of the "Baltic Polymers" with the results of the SIA "Polipaks" and average indicators of the flexible plastic packaging industry.
