Finanšu analīze sabiedrībā ar ierobežotu atbildību “Elko”

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz SIA “ELKO” finanšu analīzes rezultātiem, novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo situāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finanšu rādītāju uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbā ir trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā ir identificētas finanšu analīzes teorētiskās prasības, balstoties uz literatūras avotos pieejamo informāciju. Diplomdarba otrajā nodaļā ir izstrādāta SIA “ELKO” uzņēmuma finanšu analīze, bankrota modeļu prognozēšana un maksātspējas rādītāju analīze, pamatojoties uz finanšu analīzes teorētiskajām prasībām. Darba trešajā nodaļā ir salīdzināti SIA “ELKO” finanšu rādītāji ar konkurenta SIA “ENERGOKOMPLEKSS” rādītājiem. The aim of Diploma is to evaluate the company`s financial situation and develop proposals to improve fiancial performance based on SIA "ELKO" financial analysis.. The Diploma consists of three chapter. The first chapter identifies theoretical requirements of the financial analysis, based on the publicly available information. In the Diploma`s second chapter author designed SIA "ELKO" financial analysis, bankruptcy prediction models and solvency ratio analysis, based on the theoretical analysis of the financial requirements. In the third chapter SIA "ELKO" financial performance is compared to its competitor SIA “ENERGOKOMPLEKSS” performance. In the final part of the work are drawn conclussion and developed proposals for SIA "ELKO" financial situation. Keywords: financial analysis, profitability, liquidity and solvency
