Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību “Inter Cars Latvija” saimnieciskās darbības analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt SIA „Inter Cars Latvija” finanšu un saimnieciskās darbības analīzi, novērtēt iegūtos rezultātus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākās darbības attīstībai. Diplomdarba pirmajā daļā apkopota informācija par SIA „Inter Cars Latvija”, kā arī tiek raksturota nozare, kurā tas darbojas - automobiļu rezerves daļu un piederumu mazumtirdzniecība. Otrajā daļā tiek veikta SIA „Inter Cars Latvija” finanšu rādītāju analīze un iegūto rādītāju interpretācija. Trešajā daļā tiek veikta 2 galveno konkurentu finansiālās darbības rādītāju analīze un iegūtie rādītāji tiek salīdzināti ar SIA „Inter Cars Latvija” rādītājiem. Diplomdarbs apjoms ir 84 lapas. Darbā izmantoti 17 attēli un 43 tabulas. Diplomdarbā analizētais periods: 2012.- 2015.gads.

The aim of diploma thesis is to make financial and economical analysis of “Inter Cars Latvija”, Ltd., evaluate calculated results and make proposals to “Inter Cars Latvija”, Ltd. for further economical growth. There is description of “Inter Cars Latvija” Ltd., in the first part of diploma thesis, as well as description about industry, in which “Inter Cars Latvija” Ltd. operates – retail of automotive spare parts and accessories. Second part consists from “Inter Cars Latvija” Ltd. financial analysis. In the third part have been chosen two main competitors of “Inter Cars Latvija” Ltd. and made financial analysis economical indicators and insolvency. Results of competitors have been compared with the same indicators of “Inter Cars Latvija” Ltd. Diploma thesis consists of 84 pages, which contains 17 pictures and 43 tables. Period which has been analyzed in diploma thesis is from year 2012 to year 2015.
