Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto personu izglītība

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto personu izglītība”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto personu izglītošanas procesa un esošās prakses izpēti, kā arī veikt ārvalstu prakses normatīvā regulējuma aplūkošanu un izveidot anketas, kuras varētu izmantot, lai apkopotu notiesāto domas par izglītošanas procesu. Kā problēmjautājumu autore formulē izglītības nepieciešamību ikvienai personai, tai skaitā arī ieslodzījuma vietā esošām personām. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, bakalaura darbā izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: -izpētīt ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesātas personas un resocializācijas jēdzienu -izpētīt notiesāto personu izglītības tiesisko regulējumu -izpētīt izglītības saistību ar nodarbinātību -aplūkot notiesāto personu izglītības tiesisko regulējumu citās valstīs -noskaidrot notiesāto, pedagogu un darbinieku domas par izglītības iegūšanu un procesu Izpildot izvirzītos uzdevumus, autore darbā guva priekšstatu par notiesāto personu izglītības regulējumu, izglītības nodrošinājumu un esošo situāciju ieslodzījuma vietās, kā arī, veicot anketēšanu, noskaidroja notiesāto, pedagogu un darbinieku domas par izglītošanas procesu. Atslēgvārdi - notiesātais, izglītība, resocializācija, rehabilitācija, brīvības atņemšanas iestāde.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is “Education for convicts”. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to research the processes and practices about education for convicts as well as to research practices in foreign countries and survey the inmates themselves to gather their thoughts on the education. The main question that the author formulates is the necessity of education for every person, including prison inmates. To achieve the goal of the bachelor thesis the following tasks are: 1. To research the concept of convicts and resocialization. 2. Research the legislation on education for convicts. 3. Research the achievable education in relation to employment. 4. Inspect legislation on education for convicts in other countries. 5. To find out thoughts of convicts on their education, provided rooms and materials. Achieving the goals of the bachelor thesis, the author understands the legislation that regulates the education of a convict, the provided education in prisons and the whole situation on the current status in prisons, and by making a survey clarified convicted thoughts on the educational processes.
