Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Izpirkuma tiesības realizācijas problemātiskie aspekti.” Autore darbā pēta un analizē izpirkuma tiesības institūta regulējumus Civillikumā un citos normatīvajos aktos, kā arī šī regulējuma piemērošanu tiesu praksē. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot galvenos problēmjautājumus, ar kuriem var sastapties izpirkuma tiesības realizēšanā.
