Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Izpirkuma tiesības realizācijas problemātiskie aspekti.” Autore darbā pēta un analizē izpirkuma tiesības institūta regulējumus Civillikumā un citos normatīvajos aktos, kā arī šī regulējuma piemērošanu tiesu praksē. The topic of Bachelor’s thesis is “The problematic aspects of Right of Pre-emption of realization.” Author studies and analyses right of Pre-emption regulations of the institute in Latvian Civil law and other normative acts. The goal of the Bachelor’s thesis is to clarify the main issues that may be encountered in disposing of the Right of Pre-emption.
