Pētījumā piedalījās 66 respondenti, vecumā no 18 līdz 28 gadiem. The study “The link between Time perspective, Mindfulness and Mindfulness Practice,” is devoted to studying the relationship of time perspectives and mindfulness to mindfulness practice and how it affects these indicators. The study included a survey of 66 respondents aged 18 to 28, using the Five Facet Mindfulness Scale (Baer, Smith, Hopkins, Krietmeyer, Toney, 2006) and the Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory (Zimbardo & Boyd, 1999). It was established that low mindfulness can be related to a past negative time orientation (rs=-0,48, p<0,005), and a fatalistic view of the present (rs=-0,33, p<0,005). Data from a follow-up survey indicate that the practice of mindfulness correlates positively with increased mindfulness levels.
