Statiskā programmatūras testēšana

Abstract

Statiskās programmatūras testēšanas mērķis ir atklāt programmatūras defektus un nepilnības, nedarbinot programmatūras pirmkodu. Tā paredz gan dokumentācijas, gan pirmkoda analīzi, izmantojot dažādas statiskās testēšanas metodes. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot statiskās programmatūras testēšanas nozīmīgumu, ieguvumus un mērķus, kā arī izpētīt, kādus programmatūras darba produktus iespējams testēt statiski, kāpēc tas nepieciešams un kādas metodes tiek pielietotas, lai veiktu statisko testēšanu. Rezultātā darbā ir apkopota un izpētīta informācija par dažāda veida statiskās testēšanas metodēm un dokumentāciju, kas tiek statiski testēta, analizēti iemesli, kāpēc ieteicams šo dokumentāciju testēt un uz kādiem kontroljautājumiem būtu jārod atbildes statiskās testēšanas procesā.

The goal of static software testing is to find errors and flaws in the tested software without executing its source code. It includes the analysis of software documentation as well as source code analysis using various static software testing methods. The goal of this thesis document is to evaluate the importance, benefits and goals of static testing, as well as researching what kind of software work products can be tested statically, why it is necessary and which methods can be used to perform static testing. As a result, this document contains the information and analysis of various kinds of static testing methods and software documentation that can be statically tested to ensure that it contains as little defects and imperfections as possible. The reasons why they should be statically tested are analysed and checklist questions that should be addressed when testing are gathered.
