Bakalaura darba tēma “Mārketinga kompleksa elementu pilnveidošanas iespējas SIA „Pollianna””. Neizmērojami lielu daļu mūsdienu sabiedrības ikdienas ieņem bizness, ar ko nākas sastapties ik uz stūra. Lai uzņēmējs izceltos konkurentu pūlī, loģisks gājiens ir ieguldīt uzņēmuma mārketinga attīstībā, pievēršot uzmanību tirgus tendencēm un patērētāju vēlmēm. Uzlabojot atsevišķus mārketinga kompleksa posmus, iespējams piesaistīt patērētāju un sniegt viņam to, ko viņš grib redzēt, dzirdēt un sajust. Tādēļ šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām, aptaujas un intervijas rezultātiem, izanalizēt SIA “Pollianna” mārketinga kompleksa elementus, atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma vadībai mārketinga kompleksa elementu pilnveidošanai. Darba apjoms ir 76 lpp., tajā ir 20 attēli, 7 tabulas un 5 pielikumi, kā arī izmantotās literatūras sarakstā ir 39 nosaukumi. The theme of Bachelor thesis is “The possibilities of improvement of marketing mix elements in ltd „Pollianna””. We see business on every corner and it holds an immeasurably large part of everyday life of modern society. In order for an entrepreneur to stand out in the crowd of competitors, the logical move is to invest in the company's marketing development, paying attention to market trends and consumer preferences. Improving certain marketing complex steps can enable a company to attract a customer and give him what he wants to see, hear and feel. Therefore, the goal of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyze and detect the shortcoming of service marketing complex elements of Pollianna Ltd and present proposals for the management of the company for improvement of its marketing concept. This objective will be achieved on the basis of theoretical findings, as well as the results of an interview and a survey. The volume of the thesis is 76 pages, it contains 20 pictures, 7 tables and 5 attachments, as well as there are 39 titles in the bibliography.
