| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt uzņēmuma dibināšanas plānu. Maģistra darba laikā autore analizēja pieejamo informāciju un datus, un izstrādāja uzņēmuma dibināšanas procesu un finanšu plānu. Projekta ideja un mērķis ir otrās kategorijas šautuves izveidošana, kas specializēta topošo mednieku apmācīšanai, pieredzējušiem medniekiem meistarības līmeņa palielināšanai, kā arī piedāvāt iespēju “iemēģināt roku” medību un sporta sašaušanā personām, kuras ikdienā nenodarbojas ar sporta vai medību šaušanu, nepiedalās tāda veida sacensībās vai medībās un ar tām saistītajos procesos. Projekta ietvaros darbosies ne tikai šautuve, bet arī brīvdienu māja, kurā būs iespējams pārnakšņot šautuves apmeklētājiem, ja tas būs nepieciešams. Projekta ideja ir aktuāla, jo: 1.Alūksnes novadā nav pieejama šautuve, kurā trenēties sporta vai medību šaušanā. Tuvākā šautuve atrodas Gulbenes novadā, Lejasciemā, kas ir apmēram 40 kilometru lielā attālumā, un, uzsākot darbību šautuvei Alūksnes novadā, tur esošajiem mednieku klubiem tas būtu izdevīgāk un ērtāk; 2.Alūksnes novada mednieku skaits ir salīdzinoši liels – 180 mednieki, kuriem obligāti divas reizes gadā nepieciešams praktizēt šaušanā ar medību ieroci (šis noteikums jāizpilda sertificētā šautuvē), lai nezustu iemaņas un zināšanas, kas reiz gūtas mednieku kursos, tādēļ, lai medniekiem nebūtu jādodas uz blakus novadu, jātērē papildus laiks un līdzekļi, šautuves darbības uzsākšana Alūksnes novadā risinātu šo problēmu; 3.darba autores ģimenē mednieki ir jau trešo paaudzi, un to viens no vaļaspriekiem ir medību un sporta šaušana, kā arī liela daļa radinieku un ģimenes draugu ir mednieki, sporta šaušanas entuziasti vai vienkārši ieinteresēti šāda veida brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējās, tādēļ projekta realizēšana ir aktuāla arī ģimenes ietvaros. Kā primārais mērķis projekta ietvaros ir nodrošināt Alūksnes novada mednieku klubiem šautuves pakalpojumu pieejamību savā novadā. Sekundārais mērķis ir piesaistīt mednieku klubus un sporta, medību šaušanas entuziastus no citiem novadiem, sākot ar tuvākajiem, kā arī piesaistīt cilvēkus, kuri ir ieinteresēti gūt jaunu pieredzi, zināšanas un emocijas, izmantojot šautuves sniegtos pakalpojumus sertificētu instruktoru vadībā. Izvērtējot un salīdzinot iespējamās uzņēmējdarbības formas Latvijā, par piemērotāko jaunā uzņēmuma dibināšanai tika izvēlēta sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību, jo tās minimālais pamatkapitāla lielums un reģistrācijas izmaksas nav salīdzinoši lielas un darba autorei tās šķita pieņemamas, kā arī pamatkapitāla lielums ir atbilstošs dibinātāja spējām to segt. Uzņēmuma nosaukums ir unikāls un vienreizējs, jo, pirmkārt, šāds nosaukums nav atrodams Lursoft datu bāzē, un, otrkārt, nosaukums ir izveidots saliekot darba autores ģimenes locekļu vārdu pirmos burtus kopā. Uzņēmuma nosaukums ir “GAISMALA’’. Projekta realizēšanas vieta būs Alūksnes novads, Ziemera pagasts, privātīpašuma “Ziedugravas” teritorija. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of Master’s thesis is to develop a plan for establishment of a company. The author of this Master’s thesis analysed information and data available; developed a process of the establishment of a company and the financial plan. The idea and the aim of this project is to establish second category shooting gallery that specializes in training future hunters, increasing proficiency level for experienced hunters and to offer an opportunity to have a taste of hunting or sport shooting to people who do not practise in hunting or sport shooting on daily basis or do not participate in hunting or sport shooting and their related processes and events. Within the framework of this project, not only a shooting gallery will be established, but also a holiday house for shooting gallery’s guests, if necessary. The topicality for this project is as listed below: 1.There is no shooting gallery in Alūksne Municipality, available for training in hunting or sport shooting. The nearest shooting gallery is located in Gulbene Municipality, in Lejasciems, over a distance of 40 kilometres. It would be more favourable and comfortable for local hunting clubs if a shooting gallery in Alūksne Municipality has been established; 2.There is a relatively large number of hunters in Alūksne Municipality - 180 hunters. It is obligatory to practise shooting with a hunting weapon twice a year in order to maintain skills and knowledge gained in courses about hunting (this obligation must be carried out in a certified shooting gallery). Because of this aspect, local hunters would not have to go to neighbouring municipality and waste additional amount of time and money, if a shooting gallery in Alūksne Municipality would be established; 3.Hunters in the author’s of this Master’s thesis family are in third generation. One of their hobbies is hunting and sport shooting; also a big part of their relatives and family friends are hunters, sport shooting enthusiasts or very interested in spending their free time in such activities like hunting or sport shooting - the realisation of this project is in family’s interest. Primary aim for this project is to ensure the accessibility of the services provided by a shooting gallery for local hunter clubs in Alūksne Municipality. Secondary aim is to attract hunter clubs and hunting or sport shooting enthusiasts from other municipalities, starting with the nearest as well as to attract people interested in gaining new experience, knowledge and emotions by using services provided by shooting gallery under the supervision of certified instructor. After evaluating and comparing possible forms of a company, as the most suitable for a start-up company limited company was chosen, because the minimum share capital and registration costs are relatively low, and from the author’s of this Master’s thesis point of view, limited company seemed acceptable, as the amount of share capital corresponds with founder’s ability to cover it. | |
