Dokumentu pārvāldības uzlabošanas iespējas SIA "Universālās Vadības Sistēmas".

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Dokumentu pārvaldības uzlabošanas iespējas SIA „Universālās Vadības Sistēmas”” mērķis ir izpētīt dokumentu pārvaldību uzņēmumā un sniegt uzņēmumam priekšlikumus par taupīgās vadīšanas zudumu samazināšanu un dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas uzlabošanu. Darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām un 13 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir pētīta taupīgās vadīšanas būtība un otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturots uzņēmumus. Darba trešajā nodaļā analizēta teorija par elektronisko dokumentu pārvaldību, taču ceturtajā daļā - dokumentu pārvaldība uzņēmumā. Piektajā daļā ir analizēts elektronisko dokumentu sistēmas ieviešanas efektivitāte SIA „Universālās Vadības Sistēmas”. Autore maģistra darba noslēgumā sniedz secinājumus un priekšlikumus uzņēmuma dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Darbā pētījums ir veikts par periodu no 2016. gada 1. janvāra līdz 2016. gada 31. decembrim. Tā apjoms ir 83 lapa bez pielikuma un ievietotas 12 tabulas, 32 attēli un pievienoti 2 pielikumi.

The aim of the master’s thesis titled “Possibilities of Improving Document Management at SIA Universalas Vadibas Siseēmas’’” is to study the document management at the company and provide suggestions to the company for reduction of the wastes of Lean and improvement of the data management system. The thesis consists of 5 chapters and 13 sub-chapters. The first chapter explores the essence of the Lean, while the second chapter characterises the company. The third chapter analyses theory regarding electronic document management and the fourth chapter in turn discusses document management at the company. The fifth chapter is devoted to efficiency of implementation of the electronic document system at SIA Universalas Vadibas Sistemas. At the end of her master’s thesis the author provides conclusions and suggestions for improvement of efficiency of the document management system at the company. The relevant study covers the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016. The master’s thesis consists of 83 pages without appendixes, and contains 12 tables, 32 pictures, and 2 appendixes.
