Ekonomisko svārstību ietekme uz cilvēkkapitāla attīstību

Abstract

Šajā darbā autors ir vēlējies uzsvērt pastāvošo problēmu par to, ka vislielākie cietēji recesiju laikā ir iedzīvotāji jeb cilvēkkapitāls, kurš bieži vien tiek atstāts novārtā un netiek pamanīts. Darba būtība bija parādīt to, ka pastāv negatīva saikne uz cilvēkkapitālu ekonomikas lejupslīdes laikā. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot to, kuri ir tie faktori, kas ietkmē ekonomikas pārkaršanu jeb recesiju. Kā arī saprast to kā šie faktori ietekmē cilvēkkapitālu un tā attīstību. Savukārt, uzdevumi bija saistīti ar to, lai tiktu noskaidrots konkrētās nozares un tās instrumentu ietekme uz ekonomiskajaiem procesiem un to ietekmi uz cilvēkkapitālu. Tika pētītas gan CB, gan bankas kā arī valdības un to izmantotie monetārie un fiskālie instrumenti. Pētījuma gaitā tika gūta pārliecība par to, ka izvirzītie mērķi un uzdevumi ir sasniegti un to ka pastāv negatīva sakarība starp ekonomikas lejupslīdi un tās ietekmi uz cilvēkkapitālu. Pētījuma laikā, darba autors guva sekojošus rezultātus: •tika izpētīta cilvēkkapitāla teorētiskā daļa, •izpētīts cilvēkkapitāla stāvokis mūsu valstī, •ekonomisko ciklu ietekme uz pasaules ekonomiku un līdz ar to uz cilvēkkapitālu, •pārraugošo institūciju pieļautās kļūdas, •tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi, la nākotnē netiktu pieļautas iepriekšējās kļūdas. Autors cer, ka šis darbs kļūs par pamatu tālākiem šīs tēmas pētījumiem, kuru rezultātā varētu tikt mazināta dažādu ekonomisko svārstību ietekme uz cilvēkkapitālu un tā attīstību.

In this work the author has wanted to highlight existing problems that suffer most during the recession are people or human capital, which is often neglected and not noticed. Nature of Work was to show that there is a negative relationship to human capital during the economic downturn. The aim was to find out what are the factors that influence overheating or recession. And to understand how these factors affect human capital and its development. In turn, the tasks related to be found in specific industries and its impact by those instruments in economical process and their impact on human capital. It has been studied in both CB and banks as well as government and application of the monetary and fiscal tools. During the research it was gained assurance that the objectives and targets have been met and that there is a negative correlation between the economic downturn and its impact on human capital. During the study, the author got the following results: •was investigated human capital theoretical part, •explored human capital situation in our country, •the economic cycle impact on the global economy and, consequently, on human capital, •mistakes of supervising authorities •proposals were made, in a future would not be allowed past mistakes. The author hopes that this work will become a foundation for further studies of this topic, which could be undermined various economic fluctuations impact on human capital and its development.
