Medicīnas uzņēmuma efektivitātes paaugstināšanas iespējas.

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Medicīnas uzņēmuma efektivitātes paaugstināšanas iespējas” mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz esošo situāciju Latvijas medicīnas nozarē, definēt faktorus, kuri negatīvi ietekmē ārsta darba laika izmantošanas efektivitāti un lietderību, piedāvāt konkrētai medicīnas iestādei risinājumu vai risinājumu kopumu un prognozēt uzņēmuma efektivitātes paaugstināšanu. Lai sasniegtu noteikto mērķi, autors apkopo teorētiskās zināšanas par efektivitāti un tās vadīšanu, organizē aptauju, kurā piedalās ārsti no visiem Latvijas Republikas reģioniem, organizē intervijas ar medicīnas nozares ekspertiem, pēta ārstu pieņemšanas procesu konkrētajā uzņēmumā. Balstoties uz saņemtās informācijas analīzi, autors piedāvā risinājumu kopumu konkrētam uzņēmumam.

The goal of Master's thesis “Efficiency improvement opportunities in healthcare company”, based on the current situation in the Latvian medical field, is to define the factors that negatively affect the doctors time efficiency and usefulness, offer a solution or set of solutions to a particular medical institution, and predict the company's efficiency improvement. In order to achieve the goal, the author compiles theoretical knowledge about the effectiveness and its management, organizes survey with the participation of doctors from all regions of Latvian Republic, organizes interviews with medical field experts, researches doctors’ working time in a particular company. Based on the analysis of received information, the author offers a solution set to a particular company.
