Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Līgumsods kā saistību pastiprināšanas līdzeklis”. Šajā darbā tiek pētīti 2013.gada līgumsoda grozījumi un to mērķis. Iepriekšējā un pašreizējā līgumsoda regulējuma salīdzinājums, analīze. Grozījumu apjoms, tiesību zinātnieku viedokļi attiecībā uz līgumsoda grozījumiem un regulējuma nepieciešamību Latvijas tiesību sistēmā.Darba mērķis: noskaidrot kā pašreizējais līgumsoda regulējums tiek ievērots praksē, vai tas pilda savas funkcijas. Līgumsoda ierobežojuma izpēte nozaru likumos. Maksimālā līgumsoda piemērošanas ierobežojums un taisnīgums par saistību nepienācīgu izpildi vai neizpildīšanu īstā laikā (termiņā). Civillikuma 1716.panta 3.daļas ievērošana tiesā. Apskats par grozījumu mērķa sasniegšanu. Atslēgvārdi: ierobežojuma ievērošana, nozaru likumi, funkcijas, taisnīgums, mērķis. The theme of the Bachelor’s Paper is “Contractual Penalty as a Means for Obligation Reinforcement”. This Paper studies the amendments to contractual penalty regulations made in 2013 and their purpose. Comparison and analysis of current and previous regulation of contractual penalty. The extent of the amendments, the opinions of legal science professionals regarding amendments to contractual penalty regulations and the need for such regulation in the legal system of Latvia.Aim of the Paper: to determine how current contractual penalty regulations are enforced in practice and whether they fulfil their function. Study of contractual penalty restrictions in sectorial legislation. Restrictions regarding incurring maximum contractual penalty and justice for inadequate fulfilment of obligations or failure to fulfil obligations within due time (time period).
