Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot Satversmes tiesas sprieduma nolēmuma daļas saturu, tās izpratni un izprast tās problemātiku. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, ir veikta padziļināta juridiskās literatūras, normatīvā regulējuma un tiesu prakses izpēte attiecībā uz Latviju un citām jurisdikcijām. Darbā ir izpētīts nolēmuma daļas saturs, kā arī darbā ir salīdzinātas Satversmes tiesas sprieduma nolēmuma daļas ar vispārējās jurisdikcijas tiesas sprieduma rezolutīvajām daļām un administratīvās tiesas rezolutīvajām daļām, lai varētu noteikt, kādas ir Satversmes tiesas sprieduma nolēmuma daļas pazīmes. Darba ietvaros ir secināts, ka uzskats, ka Satversmes tiesas sprieduma nolēmuma daļā norma tiek tikai atzīta par atbilstošu/neatbilstošu augstākam normatīvajam aktam nav pareizs. Satversmes tiesas spriedumi ir daudz komplicētāki un nolēmuma daļas saturs ir ļoti dažāds un daudz plašāks. In order to achieve the aim of this bachelor’s thesis, a deep reaserch of legal literature, norms and case law regarding Latvia and other jurisdictions. In this thesis are examined ruling parts of the content and they are compared to the Constitutional Court judgment, ruling parts of the court of general jurisdiction of the resolutive parts of the judgment and the resolutive parts of the administrative courts to be able to determine what is the judgment of the Constitutional Court ruling parts signs. The author mainly conclude that the view that the decision of the Constitutional Court judgment is only part of the norm as appropriate / inappropriate higher regulatory enactment is wrong. The judgments of the Constitutional Court is far more complicated and adjudication of content is very different and broad.
