Iegūtās diagnostiskās informācijas salīdzinājums pleca locītavas rentgenogrāfijā un datortomogrāfijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Iegūtās diagnostiskās informācijas salīdzinājums pleca locītavas rentgenogrāfijā un datortomogrāfijā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot abu pleca locītavas izmeklēšanas metožu (rentgenogrāfijas un datortomogrāfijas) iegūto attēlu kvalitāti. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, pētniecības daļas un secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta un apkopota literatūra par pleca locītavas anatomiju, rentgenogrāfijas un datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumiem. Darbā apkopota informācija par attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem pleca locītavas rentgenogrāfijā un datortomogrāfijā. Pētniecības daļā, balstoties uz teorētiskajā daļā izklāstītajiem attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem, veikts kvalitatīvs pētījums analizējot 15 pleca locītavas rentgenogrāfijas un 10 datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumus. Darba apjoms ir 44 lpp. Izmantoti 20 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 8 apakšnodaļām, 7 diagrammām un 6 pielikumiem.

Bachelor’s thesis is „Comparison of the diagnostic information obtained ir radiography and computed tomography of shoulder joint”. The objective of the thesis is to find out the obtained image quality in both shoulder joint imaging methods: radiography and computed tomography. Thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical and research parts and a conclusion. Theoretical part consists of the analysis of the literature about shoulder joint anatomy, radiography and computed tomography examination. Research paper summarizes literature about the image quality criteria of the shoulder joint radiography and computed tomography. The research part of the thesis is based on the evaluation of image quality criteria and it consists of the analysis of 15 shoulder joint radiographs and 10 computed tomography examinations. The volume of work is 44 pages. There were used 20 literature and information sources. The work consists of 3 sections, 8 subsections, 7 charts and 6 annexes.
