Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Māsu darbības pacientu sāpju mazināšanai pēcoperācijas periodā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka zinātniskajās publikācijās norādīts, ka adekvātu pēcoperācijas analgēziju saņem tikai ceturtā daļa pacientu. Mērenas sāpes izjūt 75% ķirurģisko pacientu, kas liecina par to, ka sāpēm jāpievērš ļoti liela uzmanība agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā, lai tās laikus spētu novērtēt un mazināt. Samazinot sāpes, uzlabojas pacienta pašsajūta, tiek sekmēts pozitīvs ārstēšanās rezultātu iznākums. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsu darbības, lai atvieglotu sāpes pacientiem pēcoperācijas periodā pēc gūžas endoprotezēšanas. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: 1.Izpētīt un analizēt literatūru par pēcoperācijas sāpju mazināšanu pēc gūžas endoprotezēšanas. 2.Veikt literatūras analīzi par V. Hendersones “Pamatvajadzību teoriju”, saistot to ar bakalaura darbu. 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu. 4.Veikt pētījumu un apkopot rezultātus. 5.Izstrādāt secinājumus. Izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kādas ir māsu darbības, lai samazinātu sāpes agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc gūžas endoprotezēšanas? Pētniecības instruments: strukturēta intervija. Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā. Uz pētījuma jautājumu ir atrastas atbildes. Iegūtie dati ļauj secināt, ka māsu darbības sāpju mazināšanai pēcoperācijas periodā ir pietiekamas. Bachelor's Thesis – Nurses actions in a patients reduction and management in the period after surgery The relevance of this Topic is that it States recent scientific publications that show that only a quarter of patients received adequate post-surgical analgesia. Moderate pain is felt by 75% of surgical patients, which suggests that there must be paid very much attention to the pain levels in the early post-operative period, so that the pain levels can be evaluated and reduced. By reducing pain, the patient’s well-being is greatly improved, and positive treatment results can be achieved. The objective of this work is to work out steps for nurses to ease the pain of post-surgical period for patients after a Hip Arthroplasty. The research objectives are: 1.To explore and analyze the literature on postoperative pain relief after Hip Arthroplasty. 2.To analyze the written work of V. Henderson's "Pamatvajadzību teoriju" and linking it with the thesis. 3.Develop a research tool. 4.Conduct research and collect the results. 5.Develop conclusions. Raze multiple research questions: what are the nurse’s procedures to reduce pain in the early post-surgical period after a Hip Arthroplasty? Research tool: a structured interview. Research method: qualitative research. For the question of this study there is an answer.
