Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Māsu viedoklis par vecāku līdzestību bērna aprūpē jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā” veikts ar mērķi noskaidrot māsu viedokli par vecāku līdzestību bērna aprūpē jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Darbā izvirzīts pētnieciskais jautājums - kāds ir māsu viedoklis par vecāku līdzestību bērna aprūpē jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Mērķa sasniegšanai izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, iesaistot jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā strādājošas māsas. Pētījuma instruments ir strukturēta intervija. Iegūtie rezultāti sniedz ieskatu par to, kāds ir māsu viedoklis par vecāku līdzestību bērna aprūpē jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, kā arī ļauj izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus turpmākai māsu un vecāku sadarbībai bērna aprūpē, atrodoties nodaļā.

The research paper „Nurses opinion on the involvement of parents in the care process of the child at the intensive care unit” was carried out in order to find out the opinions of nurses on the involvement of parents in the care process of the child while he or she is at the intensive care unit. The study raised one research question – what is the opinion of nurses on the parent involvement in the care process of the child at the intensive care unit? In order to achieve the aim of the study a qualitative research method had been used. A structured interview was carried out at the intensive care unit involving nurses that work there. The results of the research provide insight on the opinion of nurses on the involvement of parents in the care process of the child whilst at the intensive care unit. Certain conclusions have been made as well as certain proposals for further and better collaboration between nurses and parents concerning their involvement in the care process on the child at the intensive care unit.
