Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Pašaprūpes spēju atspoguļojums reimatoīdā artrīta pacientiem. Reimatoīdais artrīts ir hroniska autoimūna iekaisuma slimība, ko izraisa organisma imūnā sistēma. Cilvēka locītavu audi nezināmu iemeslu dēļ signalizē imūnajai sistēmai par izmaiņām tajos, bet imūnā sistēma rada iekaisumu locītavās un visā organismā, kādēļ attīstās locītavu un citu orgānu bojājums. Slimības attīstībā un norisē liela nozīme ir cilvēka iedzimtībai, organisma individuālo faktoru un apkārtējās vides mijiedarbībai. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka biežā saslimšana ar reimatoīdo artrītu un šīs slimības apgrūtinātā un novēlotā diagnosticēšana. Darba mērķis ir izzināt reimatoīdā artrīta pacientu pašaprūpes spēju slimībai progresējot. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par reimatoīdo artrītu, aprūpi pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu; aprakstīt D.Oremas māsu zinātnes teorijas pielietojumu aprūpē pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu un veikt aptauju respondentu vidū; veikt iegūto datu apstrādi un analīzi; veikt secinājumus izejot no iegūtajiem rezultātiem un izstrādāt ieteikumus reimatoīdā artrīta pacientiem. Izvirzīta hipotēze: Slimībai progresējot, veidojas pakāpeniska pāsaprūpes spēju pasliktināšanās. Pētniecības instruments: strukturēta anketa Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka ir sasniegts darba mērķis un izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. Bakalaura darba izstādei tika izmantoti 32 literatūras un informācijas avoti. The subject of the Bachelor’s Paper is Description of self-care abilities among patients who have rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease caused by the body's immune system. Human joint tissues for unknown reasons signals the immune system to their revision, but the immune system causes inflammation in the joints and throughout the body, why developing joints and other organ damage. Disease development and running of the importance of human genetics, the body's individual factors and environmental interaction. Topicality down frequent disease rheumatoid arthritis and the disease difficult and late diagnosis. The aim is to study in rheumatoid arthritis patients in self-care ability of disease progression. Research tasks are to collect and analyze the scientific literature about rheumatoid arthritis for patients with rheumatoid arthritis; describe D.Oremas nursing science theory in the care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis; develop a research tool - a questionnaire and carry out a survey among respondents; obtained information processing and analysis; make conclusions proceeding from the results and make recommendations for rheumatoid arthritis patients. The elaborated hypothesis: The disease progresses gradually formed self-care, mental decline. The instrument of the research work: structured questionnaire The method of the research work: quantitative research method. The results of the research prove that the objective of the Paper has been achieved and that the elaborated hypothesis has been confirmed.
