Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Nozokomiālo urīnceļu infekciju profilakse internajā aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka nozokomiālā infekcija ir ārkārtīgi bīstama pacienta veselībai, jo ievērojami pagarina hospitalizācijas laiku, palielina izdevumus pacienta aprūpei, nodara morālu un fizisku kaitējumu, kā arī mazina ārstēšanas efektivitāti. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot nozokomiālo urīnceļu infekciju profilaksi internajā aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir literatūras un māszinību teorijas analīze, pētījuma veikšana, rezultātu apkopošana un secinājumu izvirzīšana. Pētniecības jautājums: Ar kādām darbībām māsas nodrošina nozokomiālo urīnceļu infekciju profilaksi internajā aprūpē? Tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. The theme of the Bachelor paper - Prevention of nosocomial urinary tract infection in internal care. Urgency of the theme is determined by the fact that nosocomial infections are extremely dangerous to the patient's health as significantly prolong hospital stays, increase the costs of patient care, cause moral and physical damage and reduces the effectiveness of the treatment. The purpose of the paper is to clarify nosocomial urinary tract infection prevention in internal care. Research tasks are: literature`s and nursing theories analysis, development of the research, summarization of the obtained results and development of the conclusions. Research question is: Which nurses actions provide nosocomial urinary tract infection prevention in internal care? A qualitative research method was chosen. The tool of the studyis an structured interview. Key words: nurse, prevention, nosocomial infections, urinary tract infections.
