Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma” Intubēto pacientu aprūpes problēmas ar nazogastrālo zondi intensīvās terapijas nodaļā” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka pēdējos gadu desmitos klīniskā prakse pierādījusi enterālās barošanas priekšrocības intensīvās terapijas nodaļas pacientiem, panākot pietiekami labu efektu nepieciešamo uzturvielu un enerģijas ievadei organismā, vienlaikus samazinot komplikāciju skaitu, kas saistās ar substrātu pievadi. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot intubēto pacientu aprūpes problēmas ar nazogastrālo zondi intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par intubēto pacientu aprūpes problēmām ar nazogastrālo zondi intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. 2. Analizēt V.Hendersones 14 pamatvajadzību māszinību teoriju. 3. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu- intervijas jautājumus, veikt pilotpētījumu. 4. Veikt pētījumu klīnikā. 5. Apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus. 6. Izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas aprūpes problēmas ir intubētiem pacientiem ar nazogastrālo zondi intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētījuma metode: Kvalitatīva metode strukturēta intervija. Respondenti: 6 Intensīvās terapijas nodaļas māsas. Pētījuma bāze X slimnīcas intensīvās terapijas nodaļa. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām, 3 pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstītas aprūpes problēmas intubētiem pacientiem ar nazogastrālo zondi. Literatūras apskatā ietilpst Virdžīnijas Hendersones teorija un tas pielietojums un saistība ar darba tēmu. Pētniecības daļā izanalizēti un aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti. The theoretical part describes the problems of care for patients intubated with a nasogastric tube. Literature review include Virginia Henderson theory and application and relevance to the topic. Research part analyzed and described in the study. Care of the main problems in patients intubated with a nasogastric tube: diarrhea, regurgitation, aspiration, and pressure sores.
