Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir pacienta emocionālā komforta nodrošināšana reģionālās anestēzijas laikā. Problēma ir aktuāla, jo arvien vairāk pieaug reģionālās anestēzijas popularitāte, bet tā kā pacients operācijas laikā ir pie samaņas, tad svarīgi izpētīt, kādas ir viņa emocijas reģionālās anestēzijas laikā, jo tās var ietekmēt pacienta apmierinātību ar ārstēšanu. Darba mērķis ir apzināt un izpētīt pacientu emocionālo komfortu reģionālās anestēzijas laikā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: analizēt Patrīcijas Benneres un Judītes Vrubeles māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu; iepazīties ar literatūru par reģionālo anestēziju, emocijām, komfortu; sastādīt intervijas jautājumus un novērošanas protokolu; atlasīt respondentu grupu, veikt pētījumu; veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi; apkopot pētījuma rezultātus secinājumos. Pētījuma jautājumi: Kā nodrošina pacienta emocionālo komfortu reģionālās anestēzijas laikā? Kas ietekmē pacienta komfortu reģionālās anestēzijas laikā? Pētījuma instruments – strukturēta intervija un pacientu novērošanas protokols. Pētījuma metode - kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Gan intervijā, gan novērošanas laikā tika noskaidrots pacienta emocionālā komforta līmenis reģionālās anestēzijas laikā. Aptaujas dati un novērošanas rezultātu dati liecināja, ka pacientam ir svarīgi, lai reģionālās anestēzijas laikā viņam būtu iespēja saņemt psiholoģisku atbalstu no anestēzijas māsas pat tad, ja pacientam pašam nav nekādu konkrētu neskaidrību. Pacienta komfortu reģionālās anestēzijas laikā ietekmē nepieciešamība, lai tiktu atbildēts uz viņa vajadzībām un satraukums par operācijas sekām. Lai gan otrais nav saistīts ar anestēziju, tomēr māsai jāizprot, ka pacients visvairāk pārdzīvo par savu nākotni un operācijas iemesls viņu satrauc vairāk nekā izmantotā anestēzijas metode.

Bachelor’s main theme are ways of providing patient’s comfort during regional anaesthesia. Topicality of the problem is connected with growing popularity of spinal and epidural anaesthesia for different operations. During regional anaesthesia pacient is alert, that’s why it is important to investigate patient’s emotional state while being operated. The goal is to understand level of the comfort for the patient undergoing operation in regional anaesthesia. The tasks: to analyse the nursing theory of Patritia Benner and Judith Vrubel in connection with the theme of the bacheolr’s; to get acquainted with the literature about regional anesthesia, emotions and comfort; to compile questions for the interview and the protocol of the observtion; to do the research; to collect and analyse data; to make the conclusions. Questions: How to provide emotional comfort for the patient during regional anaesthesia? What leaves impact on patient’s emotional comfort? Study tool - structured interview and observation protocol of patient. Research method - qualitative research method. During both - interview and observation was found patient’s level of comfort during regional anaesthesia. Data of interview and observation showed, that it is important for patient to receive emotional support from nurse even if one doesn’t ask for it. Patient’s lever of comfort is impacted by necessity for his needs to be taken into account and his fears about operation to be calmed. Even when research is about anaesthesia, for patient the most important is his life quality after opertation, not the mode of anaesthesia. Knowing that, nurse can help him to feel better.
