JVLMA bibliotēkas zaudēto eksemplāru un rezerves fonda uzskaites sistēma

Abstract

“JVLMA bibliotēkas zaudēto eksemplāru un rezerves fonda uzskaites sistēma” ir informācijas sistēma, kas paredzēta JVLMA bibliotēkas nošu nodaļas bibliotekāriem, lai uzskaitītu darbu eksemplārus, kas atrodas rezerves fondā vai arī ir izsniegti un nav atgriezti laikā. Sistēmas mērķis ir strukturēti glabāt šo informāciju vieglākai piekļuvei gadījumā, ja nepieciešams kādam no zaudētajiem eksemplāriem piemeklēt aizvietotāju no rezerves fonda vai arī ja parādnieks atgriež zaudēto eksemplāru. Sistēma sastāv no 10 moduļiem: autentifikācija, resursi, eksemplāri, autori, parādnieki, parādi, atrašanās vietas, atribūti, kategorijas un lietotāji.

The “JVLMA Library Lost Copy and Reserves Tracking System” is an information system for librarians of the sheet music department of the JVLMA library to track copies of works in the reserves or those that are issued to library members and are not returned in time. The goal of the system is to store this information in a structured manner for easy access in case a replacement for one of the lost copies needs to be found in the reserves, or in case a lost copy is returned. The system consists of 10 modules: authentication, resources, copies, authors, debtors, debts, locations, attributes, categories and users.
