Diplomdarba temats ir „Noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas novēršanas metodes kredītiestādēs pasaulē”. Līdz ar sabiedrības sociālās atbildības progresu un terorisma līmeņa paaugstināšanos, aktuāls kļūst jautājums par noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas novēršanu pasaulē. Darba pētnieciskais mērķis ir balstoties uz literatūras, dažādu valstu NILLTFN regulējumu un nozares ekspertu interviju analīzi, novērtēt NILLTFN metodes dažādās valstīs un kredītiestādēs un izstrādāt priekšlikumus šo metožu uzlabošanai.. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatēja, NILLTFN regulējuma saturs pētītajās valstīs – Latvija, Lielbritānija, Indonēzija, ASV, AAE un Ķīnā ir līdzīgs, ar atšķirīgām niansēm. Iekšējie procesi kredītiestādēs – HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Philippine Islands (Filipīnu banka) un Swedbank NILLTFN jomā ir līdzīgi un atbilst starptautiskam regulējumam. Galvenās tendences NILLTFN jomā ir procesu efektivitāte un pilnīga caurskatāmība. The title of the diploma is "Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Methods in the Credit Institutions in the World." Due to the public social responsibility progress and rising of terrorism levels, money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism is a critical issue. The purpose of the research is to compare and analyse money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism framework (hereinafter – AML/CFT) in various countries, credit institutions' methods of money laundering and counter terrorist financing prevention and сome up with improvements for these processes. Author found that AML/CFT regulatory content of the studied countries - Latvia, Great Britain, Indonesia, USA, UAE and China are similar, with different nuances. Internal processes in credit institutions - HSBC, Deutsche Bank, The Bank of the Philippine Islands and Swedbank in AML/CFT field are similar and comply with international regulations. Major trends of AML/CFT field are: process efficiency and full transparency.
