In today’s world almost in all market segments are very high competition, which is reason why companies use a variety of means to convey a message about product or offer to consumers. This competition also pass on a message transfer and companies are starting to fight among themselves as to who will transfer more attractive news, hoping that consumers will choose their particular product. However, very often it doesn’t happen, because companies didn’t carry out a thorough study of the target audience and are not familiar with the actual consumer preferences. Even if companies have looked at and studied the wishes of consumers, it does not guarantee that consumers will respond to messages because, there is possibility that selected information channel won’t be attractive to consumer. That’s why companies use marketing communications to be able to explore and choose for the specific consumer most attractive communication type and style.
