Līdera loma darbinieku apmierinātībā ar darbu.

Abstract

Saprotot, cik lielā mērā ir svarīga darbinieku savstarpējās attiecības ar līderi un, kā šīs attiecības var ietekmēt uzņēmuma darbības procesus, mūsdienās darbinieku apmierinātībā ar darbu ar vien svarīgāku lomu iemanto psiholoģiskais aspekts. Uzņēmuma līderis tiek vērtēts, kā viens no faktoriem, kas ietekmē darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu. Bakalaura darbā „Līdera loma darbinieku apmierinātībā ar darbu”, darba autores mērķis ir izzināt līderības būtību un darbinieku apmierinātības mijiedarbību, pamatojoties uz līderības teoriju autoru literatūru, atziņām, veiktiem pētījumiem un darba autores veikto aptauju rezultātiem. Darba gaitā veikto pētījumu rezultāti atklāj, ka uzņēmuma „Rīgas Dzirnavnieks” noliktavas un pārvadājumu struktūrvienības vadītājs vada noteikto struktūrvienību ar deleģējoša līderības stila pazīmēm. Aptaujājot darbiniekus, izmantojot specializētu darbinieku apmierinātības aptauju, darbinieki tiešo darba vadītāju vērtē pozitīvi, bet tomēr ir darbinieki, kuri nav pietiekami apmierināti ar vadītāju. Darbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un pielikumiem. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 71 lappuses, kurās ir izvietota ir 1 tabula, 25 attēli un 2 pielikumi.

In modern days, it is more and more understood that, the relationship between general workforce and the management is crucial, as is the importance of how this relationship translates to effeciency of the company, therefore the psychological aspect of staff interactions, has been made more and more pronounced. The companies’ leader is regarded as one of the more importanat factors in providing this satisfaction with employees’ work. The main goal of the author of the Bachelor thesis is to understand the essence of being a leader and its symbiotic relationship with the work satisfaction of the workforce, in the context of authors who have written about the theory of leadership, epiphanies, research and polls made by the author of this work. The results of the research, that was done in the course of this thesis reveal, that the head of warehouse and transport department of “Rīgas Dzirnavnieks” leads the department by delegating the duties to his staff. By surveying the staff using a specialized workforce satisfaction poll, the workforce rate the head of the department positively, but there are also workers that were still dissatisfied with the leader. The thesis consists of introduction, five chapters, conclusions, suggestions, the list of literature used and the annexes. In total, the work consists of 71 pages, in which there are 1 table, 25 pictures and 2 annexes.
