Maģistra darba tēmas ,,Nelikumīgu darbību ar maksāšanas līdzekļiem kvalifikācijas problēmas,’’ mērķis ir analizēt Krimināllikuma 193.panta otrās daļas piemērošanu tiesu praksē un analizēt šī panta kvalifikācijas problēmas tiesu praksē. Saistībā ar mūsdienu tehnoloģiju straujo attīstību un plašo maksājuma karšu izmantošanu ikdienā, ir plaši izplatīta nelikumīga maksāšanas līdzekļu izmantošana, jo ,,ātros kredītus’’ iespējams noformēt izmantojot internetbanku, neidentificējot potenciālo aizņēmēju klātienē. Darbā arī aplūkota ātro kredītu nozares ietekme uz tautsaimniecības attīstību. The aim of the master thesis “Qualification problems of illegal activities with means of payment” legal tenders” is to analyse the application and qualification problems in case law of the second part of the Section 193 of the Criminal Law. Illegal activities with means of payment are a frequent practice as one can apply for “quick loans” through online banks without the presence and identification of the potential borrower. This is also amplified due to extensive daily use of credit cards and rapid development of payment technologies. The thesis also reviews the quick loan industry’s effect on the economic development.
