Abstract

Privātums ir nozīmīga indivīda pamattiesība. Tam ir nozīme gan atrodoties vienatnē, gan sociālo attiecību veidošanas procesā. Darba devējam ir tiesības veikt uzraudzību darba vietā. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo personas datu ieguves līdzekļu straujas attīstības rezultātā personas privātums var tikt apdraudēts. Ir jānodrošina samērīgums starp darba devēja un darbinieka interesēm. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir darbinieka un darba devēja tiesisko teresešu un pienākumu izpēte un analīze, kā arī kompromisa starp pusēm meklēšana. Autore apskatīja un salīdzināja starptautisko tiesisko noregulējumu personas privātuma aizsardzībai ar nacionālajās normās ietverto nodrošinājumu , analizēja jēdzienus “privātums” un “personas dati” kontekstā ar personas tiesībām uz privāto dzīvi darba vietā un uzraudzības tehnoloģiju ietekmi uz indivīdu.

The theme is topical because the personal data extraction means rapid evolution of personal privacy may be compromised. It is necessary to ensure proportionality between the employer and employee interests. Bachelor work aim is a research and analysis of the employer's and the employee's legal interests and obligations, as well as a search for a compromise between the parties. The author looked and compared the international legal measures for the protection of personal privacy with national security provisions, analyzed concepts of “privacy” and “data potection” in the context of a person's right to privacy in the workplace and the impact of the monitoring technology on the individual.
