Bakalaura darba mērķis ir sniegt risinājumus, lai vienkāršotu kriminālprocesu vienošanās procesā un lietas izskatīšanā bez pierādījumu pārbaudes tiesā. Savā darbā autore sniedz iespējamos likuma grozījumus, lai vienkāršotu kriminālprocesu tiesā. Darba apjoma dēļ autore darbā aplūko un analizē vienošanās procesu tiesā un pierādījumu pārbaudes neizdarīšanu tiesā. Vienošanās process tiesā katru gadu samazinās. Šis institūts nav attaisnojis savu būtību. Darba gaitā ir svarīgi noskaidrot iespējamās problēmas un trūkumus, sniegt risinājumus, lai vienošanās process tiesā tiktu piemērots biežāk. Tas būtiski paātrinās lietas izskatīšanu tiesā. Lietas izskatīšanā bez pierādījumu pārbaudes, svarīgi ir analizēt atbildību mīkstinošu apstākli, proti, vainas vaļsirdīgo atzīšanu un izdarītā nožēlošanu. Praksē apsūdzētie tiesas sēdē savinu vainu atzīst biežāk nekā pirmstiesas procesā. Bachelor's work goal is to provide solutions to simplify the process of plea bargaining and the trial without evidence of judicial review. Author gives the possible amendments to the law to simplify criminal proceedings in court. Workload due to the work, author at work looks at and analyzes the plea bargaining and evidence of the offence in court. Plea bargaining in court decreases every year. This Institute is not justified by the nature of its own. The Bachelor's work is important to find out the potential problems and disadvantages, to provide solutions to the process of court plea bargaining would be applied more often. It is essential to speed up the legal proceedings. Case without evidence test, it is important to analyze the attenuating circumstance, namely the fault on the recognition and sincere repentance. In practice the defendants own guilt admit more often in the court, than in pre-trial process.
