Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma – akūtu staru terapijas komplikāciju novērtējums krūts vēža pacientēm staru terapijas kursa laikā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka arvien lielākā saslimstība ar krūts vēzi. Staru terapija ir viena no kombinētās ārstēšanas metodēm, ko izmanto krūts vēža ārstēšanā. Staru terapijas kursa laikā pacientēm rodas komplikācijas, kas ietekmē pacientu veselību un dzīves kvalitāti. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt akūtu staru terapijas komplikāciju biežumu un smagumu krūts vēža pacientēm staru terapijas kursa laikā. Darbā izvirzīti divi pētniecības jautājumi: 1.Kuras ir visbiežāk novērotās akūtās staru terapijas komplikācijas krūts vēža gadījumā? 2.Kādi faktori ietekmē akūtu staru terapijas komplikāciju smagumu krūts vēža pacientēm staru terapijas kursa laikā? Pētījuma darba veikšanai izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, izstrādāts novērojuma protokols. Pētījumā piedalījās 20 respondentes. Pētījuma laikā iegūtas atbildes uz izvirzītajiem pētniecības jautājumiem. Topic of the bachelor – evaluation of acute radiotherapy complications in breast cancer patients during their course of radiotherapy. Topicality of the subject is determined by the increasing incidence of breast cancer. Radiotherapy is one of the combination treatment methods used in breast cancer therapy. During their course of radiotherapy patients have complications that affect their health and quality of life. The goal of the bachelor is to evaluate occurance and severity of acute complications in breast cancer patients during their course of radiotherapy. Work sets two research questions: 1.Which are the most common acute radiation therapy complications that have been reported in case of breast cancer? 2.What factors affect severity of acute complications in breast cancer patients during their course of radiotherapy? The qualitative research method has been selected, the observation protocol has been developed. The study included 20 respondents. Research obtained answers to the research questions.
