Trīsdimensiju koniskā stara datortomogrāfijas attēla kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums pie augšžokļa dobuma pamatnes paaugstināšanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Trīsdimensiju koniskā stara datortomogrāfijas attēla kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums pie augšžokļa dobuma pamatnes paaugstināšanas”. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt trīsdimensiju koniskā stara datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu attēlu kvalitātes kritērijus pirms un pēc augšžokļa dobuma pamatnes paaugstināšanas, kā arī apzināt biežākos ierobežojumus radiogrāfera praksē veicot KSDT izmeklējumus augšžokļa dobumam. Darba pirmo daļu veido literatūras apskats un apkopojums; otro daļu veido pētījums, kurā analizēta radioloģisko izmeklējumu attēlu kvalitātes atbilstība izstrādātajiem attēlu kvalitātes kritērijiem, kas balstās uz literatūras analīzes un pētījuma rezultātiem. Pētījuma rezultātos noskaidrojās, ka biežākie ierobežojumi, veicot KSDT izmeklējumu, ir - zobu metāla restaurācijas radītie artefakti. Kā otru biežāko attēlu kvalitātes ietekmējošo faktoru jāmin - pacientu kustību izraisīti artefakti. Darba apjoms 41 lappuse, to veido 4 nodaļas un 8 apakšnodaļas, darbā izmantoti 23 literatūras avoti, 5 pielikumi, darbā iekļauti 21 attēls, no kuriem 7 ir pētījuma diagrammas, veikti 9 secinājumi. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “Assessment of the quality criteria pertaining to three-dimensional cone beam in computed tomography image in cases of elevated base of the maxillary cavity”. The objective of the thesis is to assess the quality criteria pertaining to three-dimensional cone beam investigations before and after maxillary sinus floor elevation as well as to learn the most common limitations in a radiologist’s practice when performing CBCT tests on the maxillary cavity. The first part of the thesis deals with literature review and summary. The second part contains a study where the author has analyzed the compliance of the quality of the x-ray images with the developed quality criteria based on the literature analysis and study results. The study results revealed that the most common limitations in CBCT tests are presented by the metal dental restauration artefacts. The second most common factor affecting the image quality is artefacts experienced due to the patient’s movements. This thesis contains 41 pages, 4 chapters and 8 sections, 23 literature sources, 5 appendices, 21 pictures, of those 7 are research diagrams and 9 conclusions.
