Kvalitātes kritēriju nodrošināšana ceļa locītavu patoloģiju magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumos

Abstract

Magnētiskās rezonanses (turpmāk MR) izmeklējumi ceļa locītavu patoloģijām tiek pielietoti arvien biežāk. Izmeklējuma tehnisko sadaļu un darbu ar pacientu veic radiogrāferi, kuriem jāpielāgoja arvien jaunām magnētiskām rezonanses MR iekārtām un ar to saistītām prasībām, lai nodrošinātu atbilstošas kvalitātes tehnisko rezultātu, kvalitatīvus MR attēlus. Darbā tiek aplūkotas arī visbiežāk pieļautās kļūdas radiogrāfera darbā, kuru cēlonis visbiežāk ir atbilstošu zināšanu trūkums, kā arī ikdienas steigas un rutīnas ietekme. Pētījumā tiek apskatīti 148 (sk. 1.pielikums) ceļa locītavu magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējumu attēli, tiek secināts, ka radiogrāfera loma kvalitatīvu attēlu iegūšanā ir ļoti nozīmīga, un to pierādīt bija bakalaura darba mērķis. Darba apjoms 45 lappuses, tas satur 20 attēlus, 7 pielikumus, 36 literatūras avotus.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging for knee pathologies is often. Radiographers are responsible for technical aspects of examination as well as for work with patients. They have to adapt themselves to new MR equipments and related requirements in order to provide qualitative technical results, qualitative MR images. The bachelor paper investigates most frequently made mistakes by radiographers during the examinations. The most frequent reasons for mistakes are the lack of appropriate knowledge as well as the daily rush and routine impact. During the research more than one hundred forty-eight MR images of the knee have been investigated and following conclusion have been provided. The goal of the research was to evaluate the assurance of quality criteria for magnetic resonance imaging on pathologies of knee. The volume of work is 45 pages, contains 20 pictures, 7 attachments, 36 literature sources.
