Starpprofesionāļu komandas komunikācija operāciju blokā

Abstract

Operāciju masai, kā multidisciplinārās operāciju komandas dalībniekam savā profesionālā darbā problēmu risināšanai un izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai ir jāizprot un jāpielieto saskarsmes iemaņas, verbālā un neverbālā komunikācija un saskarsmes ētika, tādēļ pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot starpprofesionāļu komandas komunikācijas veidus operāciju blokā. Tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, izstrādāta strukturēta intervija. Intervijas jautājumi tika veidoti, lai atbildētu uz pētījuma jautājumu- kādi ir starpprofesionāļu komandas komunikācijas veidi operāciju blokā? Tika intervēti 15 respondenti, katram respondentam tika uzdoti 13 jautājumi. Pētījuma laikā noskaidrojās, ka starppofesionāļu komanda strādājot operāciju zālē izmanto verbālo un neverbālo komunikāciju, ja komanda ilgstoši strādā kopā, tiek sekmīgi izmantota abu veidu komunikācija. Pētījumā iegūtā informācija palīdzēja atbildēt uz pētījuma jautājumu, tika noskaidroti operāciju zālē izmantotie komunikācijas veidi starpprofesionāļu komandas starpā, fizkālie faktori kā izmantotās aparatūras troksnis var veicināt komunikācijas problēmas. Operation nurses as a team member of multidisciplinary operation group in their professional work problems and to achieve these goals are understood and applied communication skills, verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal ethics, therefore, the study aimed to establish inter-team communication forms operation block. It was used a qualitative research method, developed a structured interview. Interview questions were designed to respond to the study question - the inter-team communication forms in the operation block? Were interviewed 15 respondents, each respondent was asked 13 questions. During the study it became clear that multidisciplinary team working in the operating room using verbal and non-verbal communication, where the team will be working together, are successfully used for both types of communication. From the research helped to answer the research question, was cleared in the operating room used types of communication inter-professional team among physical factors as used hardware noise can contribute to communication problems.
